Installations
For all our
installations we offer a free no obligation quote. We will visit you
at home, listen to your needs, measure up and advise as to the
possibilities. We will then leave and forward you a personal
quotation for perusal at your leisure without any pressure.
Central Heating
Since the 1st
April 2005
High Efficiency Condensing Boilers should be installed in every new
installation or boiler replacement. There are a few exceptions to
this rule but we at Brookhouse Gas Services Limited are not trying
to avoid the changes brought about by Building Regulations. In fact
we are positively supporting the new regulations and strongly
recommend that High Efficiency Boilers are installed.
Our Engineers
are trained in High Efficiency Boiler Installation, Servicing and
Repair by our preferred Boiler Manufacturer’s
Vaillant and
Worcester Bosch. We also hold the
industry recognised City and Guilds qualification in Energy
Efficiency for Domestic Central Heating.
All Boiler
Manufacturer’s recommend that at the time of a boiler exchange,
where a new boiler is fitted on an existing system of pipe work and
radiators, then a full flush of the system be carried out. We are
Sentinel approved Jet flushing
specialists which cleanses the existing system and helps prevent
sludge, scale and other contaminants entering the new boiler and
causing damage to pumps, diverter valves and heat exchangers.
All our
installations of a complete new system come with a full two year
guarantee and two years Gold Star Service
Care.
All our Boiler
upgrades come with a full two year guarantee on the boiler only.
The
Installation of a new High Efficiency Condensing Boiler could
provide a saving of over 30% compared to an existing boiler of over
15 years of age.
Gas Fires
We can supply
and install fires by all the major manufacturers including,
Valor, Baxi, Be-modern, Flavel, Focal Point
and Paragon.
We also
install fire surrounds supplied by us or purchased by the customer.
Cookers and
Hobs
We can supply
and install all the major brands of Gas Cookers and Hobs, from
manufacturers such as Cannon, Parkinson
Cowan and Stoves. We will also install appliances purchased
by the customer.
Water Heaters
and Wall Heaters
Again we will
supply and fix or install the customers own appliance. |
